You will never know…

Posted July 17th, 2009 in Love creations by Sam

Broken hearted with a personality that’s parted
All alone in a world with friends
Nothing seems right it’s all coming to an end
Words are spoken but no one ever hears
Why do I cry these hot salty tears
No one to trust no one who cares
On my own in world of pairs
As much as I tell, you won’t understand
Look deep inside, it’s not what I planned
Lied to and cheated, I’m left defeated
What you see is what I choose to show
Perhaps you will just never know…

How do i?

How do I tell her I love her
without saying the words
or writing them down

How do I stop from crying
without wiping the tears away
or letting her do it

How do I show her I care
without holding her close
or even crying when she’s mad

How do I keep a fake smile going
without thinking about her
or what we used to be

How do I pretend everything’s alright
when she left and didn’t look at me
or even tell me why

How do I breathe
without her body to keep me warm
or her arms to make me feel safe

How do I live
when her love is no longer mine
or she just doesn’t care anymore
How do I show her I still want her back and always will?

I can’t.

Yesterday

Posted June 10th, 2009 in Inspirational by Sam

Yesterday, Sometimes it seems so far away,
The wind slammed the door,
The night covered my eyes,
I can’t recall the dream I had this morning,
The memories are colliding with new born moments of time,
They fall like a glittering dust,
Through the crevices of time,
I wish to hold onto those moment forever,
Turn back the hands of time,
To the day I walked away,
I long to understand, what it all means,
To remember the dreams of yesterday,
But The wind slammed the door,
The night covered my eyes with tears,
Now I am filled with uncertainty, Time takes me away,
Through a door that is unknown, And I sense the answer to this enigma,
Will be lost Forever, Behind the doors of time,

If you cry I will always be there beside you and catch your tears.
If you fall I’ll throw myself under you and save you.

If life gets too complicated ill erase your troubles with my heart.
I’ll sore with you far enough hoping we’ll never fall apart.

If your smile is upside down I’ll trade you my smile give you the world and everything that follows.
If your weak in the knees and can hardly breath I’ll lift you up and fill you up with a burst of air.

If and when your clouds turn black I’ll make it rain anf make the sun come back.
I’ll be your eagle and fly you through any weather when I’m old but, I’m here forever.

If you feel lonely call me name and I’ll come running.
I’ll wrap myself around you and tell you your my one and only.

If and when you need a hand remember you’ll always have mine even if my lifes gone bad.
I’ll put you first as I am to you, I’ll give you my strength even if I fall to my knees.

If I do you know that i do care because I love you and I’ll always be there.

-For Someone who is there with be but not with me.

Win Friends and Influence People – Quickly and Easily

Posted January 18th, 2009 in Inspirational by Sam

Six principles in making people like you:

1. Become genuinely interested in other people.

I think we’ve all met someone that pretend to be interested in you but you can sense that they really aren’t. There doesn’t seem to be anything genuine about these types of people. We tend to label them ‘phoney.’ This is probably one case where fake it until you make won’t work. So, how do you become genuinely interested in other people? You’ll want to ask them questions. Learn what they do, what they like. Everyone likes to talk about him or herself. Get them to talk about their dreams!

2. Smile.

Not much to add, here. When you walk into a room with a smile on your face, you might as well be carrying a people magnet.

3. Use a person´s name.

Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language. Just like in the old romantic movies: “Oh, John… John!” “Oh, Mary, dear Mary!”

4. Be a good listener.

Encourage others to talk about themselves. When you do this with a sincere and genuine interest in the other person you cannot fail to encourage that person to feel appreciated and valued. This is a key trait of anyone who has mastered people skills.

5. Talk in terms of the other person’s interests.

Again, this principle stresses making time to listen to others to find out what is of interest to them. Let their interests guide the direction of the conversation and you will enjoy a solid rapport that encourages friendship.

6. Make the other person feel important – and do it sincerely.

This cannot be faked for long. Look for the good in others and respect other viewpoints, beliefs and lifestyles. Even ones that do not make sense to you. This flexibility is important if you are to respect the other person.
