As humans, we always tend to judge things. It's the exact same way when we browse on the internet. These are all great tips on how to make the user happy with one's site. From my personal experience, the first thing I look for is loading time, then design of the site. If neither of these work out good, then I immediately close the site all together for the most part. However, I also just assume, for the most part, that people would have their site compatible with most, if not all, browsers. Yes, I completely agree. As humans, we always tend to judge things.
